About Us
Salty Friend was founded in May of 2022 with the goal of making people’s lives more convenient. We decided to take a tedious chore and turn it not only into a business but a way to help the community. We strive to improve water quality and prevent issues both in the home and in one’s health.
Building long-lasting relationships is at the core of our company’s values. We achieve this by providing our customers with a professional and reliable service. Our uniformed, trustworthy and highly skilled technicians are always happy to help and strive for excellence. We look forward to welcoming you to the Salty Friend family.

Meet the Team
Alex Coughlan, CEO
Since a young age, Alex has always had the dream of one day working for himself. He founded Salty Friend for this very reason along with the desire to help the community that he grew up in, the greater Phoenix valley. Despite his young age, he is very qualified for his leadership position in the company due to his past business ventures in which he has gained plenty of experience. Alex is currently a student at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is also pursuing his other dream of obtaining his commercial pilot’s license.
Nate Roston, CCO
For as long as he can remember, Nate has always enjoyed being able to give back to his community. Now, with the great services that Salty Friend can provide all of its wonderful customers, Nate is able to not only help his community, but the entire Phoenix valley. A Mechanical Engineering Major at Arizona State University, Nate’s experience in both designing and manufacturing, as well as public communication brings forth a set of skills that benefit both the Salty Friend team and its clients.
Nolan Glomski, COO
Currently majoring at ASU in Industrial Engineering, Nolan features a passion for home improvement and the great outdoors. He has always found interest in corporate operations and connecting with a company’s local community. Nolan joined Salty Friend in order to give back to the Phoenix Valley where he grew up.
